Zambia Launches Abortion Regulations

The Zambian government recently initiated abortion guidelines in order to reduce the number of deaths of pregnant women. According to Health Minister Kapembwa Simbao, thirty percent of the deaths of pregnant women in Zambia occur as a result of complications from unsafe abortions.
